If there must be a war, let it be against environmental contamination, nuclear contamination, chemical contamination; against the bankruptcy of soil and water systems; against the driving of people away from lands as environmental refugees.
If there must be a war, let it be against those who assault people and other forms of life by profiteering at the expense of nature’s capacity to support life.
If there must be a war, let the weapons be your healing hands, the hands of world’s youth in defense of the environment.
